I am extremely happy with the process of buying a home with the help of Jennifer Vogel. I bought in Ohio while living in Arizona. Jennifer and I spoke over the phone and discussed budget and preferences to make a plan for viewing houses. I flew to Ohio for a three day weekend. Prior to arriving Jennifer had sent me an itinerary with the houses I had saved on Onehome, their information, the time scheduled for viewing, and the drive time between houses. She was an incredible source of information, even able to explain how the heating system in one house was different than another. When I was ready to make an offer Jennifer talked me through the steps, not just offer price, but title insurance, home owners insurance, what percentage of closing costs, etc. and when my initial lender fell through she suggested a local mortgage lender. She sent a list of home inspectors, and after I picked one scheduled the inspection. She scheduled for the quotes for repairs needed that were identified during the inspection. Any questions I had I could text Jennifer and receive a response within one business day, almost always within a few hours. I feel that Jennifer made this entire purchase experience as low stress as it could have possibly been. I highly recommend working with her.
